- Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday within 1 to 3 business days, excluding holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
- Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are 3 to 7 business days depending on your location within the United States. Times may vary during high-demand seasons such as holidays.
- Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on order weight and delivery location. We offer free shipping on orders exceeding the minimum amount indicated on the site.
- Coverage Area
We ship anywhere within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.
- Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your order in the Order Tracking section of our site or directly on the carrier’s website.
- Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or has not been delivered within the estimated timeframe, contact us at info@eltorogozfoods.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
- Incorrect Address
El Torogoz Foods is not responsible for undelivered orders due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please verify your address carefully before confirming your purchase.
